Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ivosoma, your satisfaction, confidence, and skin health are our top priorities. We want every experience with our products to feel luxurious, safe, and effortless. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened & Unused: Products must be in their original sealed packaging, including protective wraps or hygiene seals.

  • Original Condition: Items should be in the same condition as when received.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or beauty tools cannot be returned.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply email our support team at service@ivosoma.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of your return request

Once authorized, we will provide the return shipping address.

Important: Please do not send items without authorization, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, Ivosoma will cover all return shipping costs and ensure you receive either a replacement or a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned with damaged packaging or signs of tampering.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged during transit. To arrange an exchange, email service@ivosoma.com with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll ensure a replacement is on its way.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
